About The Hart Habits

The Hart Habits are a framework of 10 Habits and mantras that manifested in response to the question “How do I implement love or DO love in real life – ALL the time?”

Bridgett Hart, the co-creator of The Hart Habits, has been a certified Law of Attraction Coach since 2013, a business leader for over 20 years, and an entrepreneur and consultant for the past decade.

She developed the framework to help clients work through both personal and professional blocks and access their creative genius.

Timeline

The Creation Story

The Hart Habits were born out of a desire to understand how to implement love in everyday life, but they took the form they did because I had to share them with anyone else who may benefit.

It was important that it was inclusive and applicable.

That is the point of love.

What is for one, is for all.

Just as injustice done to one is injustice done to all. 

The nature of humanity is such that we cannot separate ourselves from that truth, and I’m so grateful for that. 

 

2020

During the greatest global transformation of our lifetimes, the Hart Habits took on new meaning and usages for helping us recover, adapt, and carry on in the face of unthinkable new obstacles. Access

2018

It took 11 years of reading, writing, applying, testing, revising, watching, talking, listening, and finally sharing with my coach Isha Cogborn for the official framework to be born and named.  Adaptation

2007

At 30, I knew something was very wrong with the way I had lived my life and where I had landed.  I thought I had done everything right, but I felt lost and alone. I began my quest to get what I didn’t get about “love never fails”.

The Hart Habits

The Hart Habits is a unique system of 10 Habits and ideal-state mantras designed to increase the love energy around us.  Each one builds on the previous and together, they give the user a strategy for gracefully handling any difficult situation.  The tool is now and will forever be free for you to download and use. If you find you need to understand more about any or all of the Habits, this page will always be your source.

Mission

The mission of The Hart Habits is to operationalize love - to give us all an easy-to-follow guide on making decisions that promote love in our spheres of influence.

Vision

A global shift toward more access, healing, and community with each other and our environment is inevitable as we integrate these Habits into our everyday lives and decisions.

One-on-One Coaching

Leaders need private, objective support from someone who understands leadership challenges first-hand.

That's never easy to find.

My favorite service is a personal session with clients who need to talk through a big decision or transition they're facing.

I recommend an ongoing program, but if you're not ready for that, this is a great way to experience coaching with no obligations.

Group Coaching

Most clients engage through our group coaching program.  Participants are able to select from a variety of options for both in-person and online groups offered at different days and times depending on the season. Strengths Assessment

Feeling burnt out and tired of the work you do every day?  During this strengths assessment, we'll go through a thorough process of diving deep into who you are and who you were designed to be. From Human Design to the Gallup Strengths Finder, I've got the tools to help you learn more about what makes you so uniquely awesome. At the end, you'll get a gorgeous printout to hang on your wall and remind you every day.

Tarot

Phone Reading

Tarot is one of the tools I use to seek deeper insight from Spirit.  Sometimes all that's needed is a quick two-card pull to help bring clarity around different choices.  Other times, it helps to ask the cards what a certain outcome might look like compared to another. Either way, I'm happy to read them for you.  This is for a 1 - 2 card pull, but let me know if you want a more thorough spread and we can schedule it.
